SEGIR CLIR: Support for Economic Growth and Institutional Reform: Commercial Legal and Institutional Reform
AMEX is a subcontractor to the Center for Institutional Reform and the Informal Sector (IRIS) on this IQC, which aims to support the emergence of institutions to protect property rights, enable competitive markets, and develop effective implementing regulations. AMEX offers a wide range of expertise, including civil and administrative law reform; technical training in various sectors; strengthening legislative and parliamentary bodies; developing programs essential to good governance; policy analysis and review; trade policies; tax reform and administration; financial sector reform and trade and investment promotion.
