ICRP: Instability, Crisis and Recovery Program

AMEX is the small business prime contractor for this IQC. Under this IQC, the AMEX Consortium supports USAID’s Bureau for Democracy, Conflict, and Humanitarian Assistance (DCHA), Office of Conflict Management and Mitigation (CMM), regional offices, and field missions through task orders in the following areas:  Early Warning; Capacity-Building; Security Sector Reform; Conflict Prevention; Peace Processes; Good Governance; Conflict Sensitive- Economic Development; and  Technical and Logistical Support.

As AMEX is the small business holder of the ICRP IQC, the task order CO has the authority to place task orders directly with AMEX without having to go through the competitive process with the five IQC awardees.
