SEGIR Privatization II: Support for Economic Growth and Institutional Reform Privatization II
AMEX, a subcontractor to BearingPoint under this IQC, which encompasses the provision of technical support and training in all areas related to privatization, including development of the policy environment through transaction support and institutionalization of local privatization capabilities.
AMEX’s experience in the establishment and management of business enterprises in developing countries, as well as the promotion of products from these countries in the U.S. and European markets and the provision of technical assistance in privatization-related services. AMEX provides assistance in policy and institutional framework development; assets restructuring and transfer; post-privatization support; and research and information dissemination.
