AMEX has promoted democracy and good governance by encouraging transparency and accountability of government functions and policies, and increasing citizen participation in their country’s political and economic systems. The firm’s expertise includes:

• Developing and implementing a strategy to reform the basic structures of the Armenian and Georgian legal, judicial, and constitutional systems;
• Training election organizers in Chad and legislators from Burundi;
